What is Design Sprint?
Design Sprints are a fast-paced, five-day process created by Google Ventures to help teams tackle critical user problems. This structured framework tests solutions quickly, providing real, actionable results by the end of the week.
What can you do with Design Sprint?
How does it Work?
Map
Day 1
The team defines the challenge, makes a map, shapes target customers, and talks to experts from inside and outside the team.
Sketch
Day 2
Starts with a baseline research on great soolutions for the team to get inspired from to use, remix, and impovoe and the team moves into idea generation mode.
Decision
Day 3
The team votes and decides on the best solutions which is used to create a graphic representation of how your solutions will undofl, steop by step.
Prototype
Day 4
The team will build a realistic prototype using the storyboard as a basis, then do a trial run.
Test
Day 5
Test the prototype with users, then watch and learn from them. We discuss the results and close the sproint.
